Gift Cards & e-Gift Certificates

Jewelry Designs by Alice offers two convenient ways to send the perfect gift. Either select a Gift Card that is mailed to the recipient, or select an Electronic Gift Certificate (e-Gift Certificate) that is emailed to the recipient.
The Gift Card will arrive beautifully packaged and the e-Gift Certificate will be conveniently emailed directly to the recipient.
There are NO Fees, NO Expiration Date, and FREE Shipping.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REDEMPTION:
Jewelry Designs by Alice creates an online account for the Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate recipient ensuring safe, secure online shopping. All they need to do is simply log into their account and start shopping!
Gift cards must be redeemed at www.JewelryDesignsbyAlice.com and used towards the purchase of jewelry. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate balance. The unused balance will remain in the recipient's Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate account and can be redeemed at a later date. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. To view the Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate balances, visit "Customer Service" and select "Account History."
LIMITATIONS:
Gift Cards/e-Gift Certificates are non-transferable.
Gift Cards/e-Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards/e-Gift Certificates.
Gift Cards/e-Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extend required by law. Unused Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate balances in a Jewelry Designs by Alice account may not be transferred.
Gift Cards/e-Gift Certificate sales and redemption are restricted to the 48 Continental United States.
RISK OF LOSS:
If your Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at customer-service@jewelrydesignsbyalice.com. You may receive a replacement Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate for the remaining value of your Available Funds at the time we receive your notice.
FRAUD:
Jewelry Designs by Alice will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases at JewelryDesignsbyAlice.com.
PRIVACY:
We will not share information we collect with respect to Gift Card/e-Gift Certificate purchases except as needed to complete the transaction or to comply with laws, government agency or court orders.
