RETURN ~ SHIPPING ~ PRIVACY POLICIES
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to me. All of my jewelry comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied; you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange (see Returns and Exchanges Criteria). Custom and Special Orders are not returnable.
Returning Your Order
1. Email returns@jewelrydesignsbyalice.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Carefully pack your item with Identification Tag attached and include a copy of your invoice. Write your RAN number on the front of the package.
3. Mail package to: Designs by Alice at the address provided with your RAN number.
4. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges. Your package must be insured against loss or damage.
Purchases that meet all Return and Exchange criteria listed below will be refunded in full minus shipping and insurance charges.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following criteria:
All returns must be in new and unused condition (free from scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear).
The Identification Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Identification Tag is removed the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
Shipping & insurance charges are non-refundable.
Custom or special orders are not returnable.

United States Postal Service ~ Domestic Shipping and Handling Charges
Standard Mail (3-6 business days) - USA $9.95
Express Mail (2-4 business days) - USA $20.95
PRIVACY POLICY:
We agree not to share or sell your information, it is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs. We will not share, sell or otherwise distribute any personal information to a third party. We will use your email address for communication purposes regarding your purchase or to inform you of upcoming promotions and new products.
